Freebie Sites Taking The Net By Storm

August 17th, 2009 . by Lucky

By Alexander LeBlanc

The first freebie site saw the light approximately 4 years ago. Since then, millions of users have signed up for them and business owners have multiplied their offerings a thousand fold. The industry continues to show tremendous growth as browsers can’t get enough of these sites and the people that run them are capitalizing big time.

The basis of this business model is a simple one: “incentivized”, or “forced leads”. Let’s try and make those industry terms clear for the layman. It all begins with online advertisers of the CPA variety. Advertisers in all shapes and sizes offer a CPA or Cost Per Acquisition payout to affiliates that promote their offers. When a user signs up for one of these offers, the affiliate makes a commission.

Here is where the “incentivized” part comes in. The affiliate, in this case a freebie site owner, shares this commission with the user that generated it. This sharing takes many forms including gifts ranging form the original free iPod to free Xbox 360s and just about anything in between. Cashback rewards have also become increasingly popular and some users have made over $10,000 in easy money just by completing various affiliate offers on freebie sites.

Beyond the opportunity to make free money or earn a gift, these sites have something else working in their favor that make them spread like wild fire: viral marketing. Word of mouth for these literally spreads like a virus, from one person to their social network and so on. The reason for this is that freebie sites offer rewards to users who refer new users.

On one side of the business model, users are required to complete one offer themselves and refer a set number of friends to do the same so they can earn their free gifts. On the other side, users earn a fixed cash bonus for every person they refer to the site.

That’s all well and good from the user’s perspective, but what makes this model so attractive to the business owners that run these sites? The simple answer is of course money. Here is how these earnings break down.

In this first example, the site owner is offering a Video Ipod for 8 referrals. This means the user has to sign up to the site, complete one offer and refer 8 of their friends or family to do the same. Once this process is complete, they receive their gift. Here is the catch: 90% of users can fill an offer and refer one, two, three friends. Then it gets hard and unless the user in question has a huge social network or knowledge of how to get more referrals through forums or advertising, it pretty much stops there. In this case, the site owner has generated an average of $25 to 30 per completed offer and has not shipped a gift. That’s $25 to $120 in profit without doing a thing.

For this second example, the site uses the revenue share principle. When a user completes an offer, they get 60% of the commission money. With thousands of dollars in offers up for grabs, the site owner is pocketing 40% of hundreds of dollars per user.

Both models have a third stream of revenue which is more or less exploited according to the knowledge and savvy of the particular site owner. Freebie sites can generate thousands of signups per week. That means thousands of optin email addresses that can then be marketed to. Smart site owners will choose the right offers to present to this ever growing list and be on their way to opening up another extremely viable source of income.

Here comes the dark side. Spammers have caught onto this principle and instead of using lists wisely, have thrown every offer in the book at their users until they turned away in disgust. Some of the largest operations have even sold customer lists with millions of names to known spammers in exchange for a quick buck.

As the industry forges ahead, the sites that promote integrity and originality in their offerings will reap long term rewards while seeing steady growth for years to come.

Freebie field has changed….

May 28th, 2009 . by Lucky

When I started making money from freebie sites in early 2007,  there were a number of good sites with decent offers and paying within a reasonable amount of time.  I had no problem waiting until Friday night ot get paid or even the end of the month because the networks always paid.

Then the scene got really competitive and the sites who were offering good service wer shoved to the side by sites claiming to pay faster, usually within 24 hours.  I also saw a major increase in fraud at that time.  The faster sites were hit the hardest because their new fast policy left them no time ot investigate.  The advertisers were also taken because they felt the industry was not in it for the products anymore, only the cash.  So many of them quit handing out manual credits.  If you didn’t get the credit, too bad.

The final straw was the traders, the people looking for referrals, even paying for referrals in the forums.  They were getting taken for their hard earned money and the whole scene changed.

The forums ( or maybe just one in hindsight) changed their policy completely, instituting new rules and consequences.  Every week or month, there was a new rule aimed at protecting the good traders and discouraging the scammers.  The only problem I saw was the rules were getting too hard to follow and the forum was growing intolerant, so they started banning people and sites without investigation.

I have since stopped using this forum that I used to make money on, because the moderators had their hands tied with all the rules and couldn’t give anybody a chance to defend themselves or change anything they posted.  I began branching out and getting referrals without regular internet marketing.

Is Project Payday For You?

May 26th, 2009 . by Lucky

By Tammy Pate

Project Payday admits openly that their program is not a get rich quick offer but does teach their members how to make cash quickly. They also promise that if you do not make money within the first 24 hours of using the program that they will pay you $100.00

This system offers a very impressive set of training articles and videos that teach you how to make money completing offers at various “IFW” sites (incentive free offer sites).

You basically complete the offers at these sites and refer others to the “IFW’S” who in turn do the same.

With Project Payday there are three basic methods to make money at these sites, and they are taught to you in there articles and videos.

Method 1. Get paid to complete offers so that the referrer gets their free item or cash.

Method 2. Pay referrals to complete offers so that you get your free item or cash.

Method 3. Sell your free items on Ebay.

One of the biggest problems that people may have with this program is that you must be a very organized person to do this. Most offers that you will have to complete do require a credit card, so that is another draw back for some.

Most people don’t make a lot of money using Method One but once you build up your trader ranking some and move on to Method Two you can truly start to make some money. There are plenty of members on their forums that do this full time and make some pretty good money.

With anything that you do, just make sure that you read through the forums real good and pick someone to trade with that is trustworthy and you shouldn’t have any problems. Get with someone that you can trust and they will guide you through the entire process.

Incentivized Freebies Samples Websites = Cash For YOU!

May 11th, 2009 . by Lucky

By Todd N. Wesley

Incentivized Freebies Samples are the latest in online advertising to catch fire. Corporations are paying millions to get their offer in front of you and they are even willing to trade their offer for a free prize if you’re willing to do something for them. This type of advertising is called an Incentivized Freebies Samples Website or IFW for short. And, it’s BIG BUSINESS for the corporations and YOU!

You’ve seen them on the internet already. They are advertisements that say thing such as:

“Free XBox 360″

“Free Plasma TV”

“Free Apple iPod”

And, if you’re like most people you have totally ignored these Incentivized Freebies Samples Websites and their lure. But, I’m here to tell you that you are missing out on one of the latest ways to cash in on the internet!

Here’s how they work. First, you sign up for a free account and pick your incentivized freebies samples and take part in a free or trial offer from a corporate sponsor. That’s step one. The next step is for you to get referrals to the website that will ALSO complete a free or trial offer. Once they do so you get your chosen gift of a television, XBox, iPod or even cold hard cash sent to your Paypal account.

But, it’s not that easy because of the referral process. In order for you to get that Incentivized Freebies Samples, you MUST recruit others to do some work for you. But, who has time and who has the resources to make that happen on a regular basis? Not many people, that’s for sure.

Well, that’s where a new internet business was born! Many entrepreneurs like myself are taking Incentivized Freebies Samples Websites and turning them into cash for themselves and YOU TOO! In fact, I hire men and women to become my referral. I split the profits with them and many of my team members make over $1,000 per month just by working a couple of hours from home on their computer!

The possibilities are endless for Incentivized Freebies Samples Websites because new ones pop up daily. And, they know what they are doing because they’ve figured out for “X” amount of trials they give away they will make “X” amount of dollars. And, they are making LOTS of money, that’s for sure!

So, if you want to try out this new line of business then do what I did and let someone else pay YOU for your referral. It’s the easiest money you’ll ever make!

Making Money From Incentivized Freebie Websites – An Introduction

May 6th, 2009 . by Lucky

By Man Chau

Freebie websites are web sites that offer to give you free stuff or prizes in return for a set number of completed referrals. There are literally hundreds of these sites on the internet. These Freebie Sites are known in the industry as Incentivized Freebie Websites or ‘IFWs’. You can earn anything from free plasma TV’s, free computer, free iPod, free iPhone, free Playstation to free game systems, free household items, free gadgets, free equipment of various kinds, and even free CASH. There are literally 1000s of freebie sites out there, all offering consumers the chance to earn free products. They are multiplying like crazy and new sites are launched daily. A user signs up at a freebie site, and needs to complete a “sponsor offer”. These are usually some type of a trial or other no-obligation offer from a large company such as AOL, Blockbuster, NetFlix, Video Professor, etc. Some of the offers are completely free, but often times the user must pay small shipping and handling or other fee.

This opportunity to earn cash and prizes through these sites are being done through trading forums, the biggest and most popular of which are the anything4free and freelunchroom forums where traders meet to buy and sell “greens”. Green is when the user of the freebie site completed the required offers or sponsors in the sites. Many people are signing up everyday at this trading forum. This is a fast emerging trend and it is proving itself as a fast and easy way to making money online. It is also an excellent online home based business opportunity.

There’s Profit In Them Freebie Websites

April 23rd, 2009 . by Lucky

By Terry Payne

Have you seen those annoying pop-ups trying to give you a special prize “FREE”. You probably dismissed them as a scam just like I used to do. Well I am here to tell you that they will give it to you free…..well sort of. There is a program out there that will show you how and give you all the tools you need to actually make money with these freebie sites! Say hello to Project Payday.

Project Payday is a concept that I am sure not too many people actually thought of as a way to
make money, but some people are doing just that. You need to know ,however, that it is very
tedious work that takes a lot organization and time. So if what you are looking for is a method
that utilizes your “spare time” this probably isn’t for you.

Project Payday focuses around using IFW’s, incentive freebie websites, to make money. There
are many websites out there that “give away” items like a free ipod, xbox, computer, cash prizes,
or whatever. These sites are known as or IFW’s. I’m sure you have seen these sites all over the
web. I’m also sure that you probably just ignored them like I did thinking they were a scam.
Well they are not! They actually do let you earn these things, however there are certain
requirements. In order to get your prize or cash (you should pick cash if your in this to make
money) you have to complete trial offers. Then you have to refer a certain amount of people to
also complete the offers.

The Project Payday program is based around using these IFW websites to earn money. They
supply you with a members forum where you meet the contacts that help you on your way, as
well as several links and other resources to make it as easy as possible. there are several other
forums available to do the same thing. The Free Lunch Forum(Project Payday) is specifically
designed for the newbies so it makes your initial foray as smooth as possible. Project Payday has put everything together in one membership site so it can be learned quicker.

HOW IT WORKS

First you sign up through someone’s referral link and they pay you to complete the required
amount of “trial offers” at an IFW. It’s called “going green for someone”. The individual pays
anywhere from 20-40 dollars to “go green” for them. You don’t have to refer anyone to make
money with this method. All you do is complete the trial offers at the IFW and they pay you via
paypal. Project Payday operates a forum where all these deals are set up. they also supply you
with links to several other forums where you can do the same thing. There is an average of 200
people online on each of these forums at all times. About half of them are offering to pay for
greens and the other half are looking to get paid for greens.

Now you could sign up for these sites on your own but why would you when someone is willing
to pay you to sign up as a referral.

In order to “go green” on most of these freebie sites you will have to complete several offers to
get one credit because the offers are worth 1/4,1/3,1/2 credit each. So as you can see you could
have as many as 4 different trial offers going to get your payment of say $20. Now you are free to
cancel the offers at the end of the trial period so they won’t cost you anything, but you can see
how time consuming this can be. However, even though you are getting paid for this, the object
is to get registered with these web sites so you can do the referring. That is where the money is
hiding!

Method Two involves getting paid for referrals. Like I said, here is where you are going to make
some serious money. In addition to earning products such as an Xbox, all these sites offer cash
gifts for sending them referrals. If you pick a $300 reward for 5 referrals and you pay each of them
$20, it cost you $100 to get $300, a clear profit of $200. The Project Payday and other forums
supply you with all the referrals you will ever need. The down side is , as I mentioned before, it
takes a lot of time and documentation to do the business and sometimes the offer confirmations
take a while so it isn’t always instant money.

RECOMMENDATION

Project Payday is extremely tedious and takes a lot of time. If you are looking for a part-time
way to make some extra bucks, it is a legitimate method of making some money. If you are
looking for an income that you can consider your “making a living”, this isn’t it.There are other
ways to make money online that require less time and have the potential to make alot more
money. With Project Payday I see the potential to make $500-$2500 a month, but that’s working
20-40 hours a week. Nice if you are looking for something extra, but I wouldn’t count on it for
the long haul.

Don’t be afraid to give it a try at Project Payday because you can try it for free by signing up for a
trial offer they have available. Give it a serious try, but if it gets to be too much just cancel the
offer and move on. I found it just too time consuming for me, but then I am an impatient man.
